Karla Zertuche is a San Diego native, born and raised in Chula Vista, California. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree and holds several specialty certificates and licenses such as Enrolled Agent, Notary Commission, Certify Acceptance Agent (CAA), Quickbooks Specialist, Translation Specialist, and Health and Life License, and currently working on obtaining a Paralegal Degree.

Ms. Zertuche has worked in the accounting field for over 15 years, working for large businesses across San Diego County.

Ms. Zertuche is fluent in English / Spanish and worked as an interpreter for the US government, traveling across the United States of America and abroad.

Ms. Zertuche returned to her original passion for numbers. She worked for a national tax preparation firm, where she excelled personally and exceeded company goals, earning MVP during her first tax season. Two tax seasons later, Ms. Zertuche passed the Enrolled Agent exam, immediately broke ties with her employer, and opened her own company, Bridge Tax Resolution. In 2016 the company was born and was named after a summer program that extended the educational gateway for Ms. Zertuche, not to mention helped inspire her entrepreneurial spirit.

As soon as the doors opened, Ms. Zertuche began to work with the San Diego community settling numerous tax debts and, to date, has saved taxpayers thousands of dollars in back taxes. In addition to settling tax debt, Ms. Zertuche grew her tax preparation and accounting business so much that today the company has a new name – Bridge Business Inc.

Ms. Zertuche now oversees Bridge Tax and Accounting, Bridge Legal and Notary, her specialty Bridge Tax Relief, Bridge Advisors, and Bridge Academy. She continues to deliver a caring one-of-a-kind experience.
